D&S, Inc. handles our websites from production through daily operation, develops and maintains the tools we use, and looks after and improves our web measurement setup, across several brands. They don’t hand a site over and walk away; they keep changing it as our business changes, so my team can focus on marketing. They respond quickly, take our work on as their own, and have become part of our team.

Our web presence keeps growing, and maintaining it is constant, largely invisible work. I have spent more than thirty years in technology across the United States and Japan, and the gap I see most often is between engineering that is technically correct and engineering that a Japanese client can easily adopt.
